Tonya Rawls is a visionary leader, author, and youth empowerment advocate who helps young girls build confidence, leadership skills, and career readiness. With a background in corporate training and community engagement, she creates safe, transformative spaces through her Oasis Agency guiding others toward clarity, alignment, and personal growth.She is also the founder of Tonya’s Oasis, a nonprofit supporting young adults aging out of foster care and high school students preparing for life beyond graduation. Through programs like her Rooted and Ready Curriculum, Tonya equips youth with the tools, confidence, and direction they need to overcome barriers and build strong, independent futures.
